Shipping Policy

**Please Note - We recommend choosing the 'Express Shipping" option in the warmer months to minimise the risks of heat related damages caused by extended shipping times**

We aim to have all orders dispatched with Australia Post within 2-5 business days.  Please be aware dispatch times can change from time to time but be sure we endeavor to ship your products at our earliest convenience, we regularly post updates on our social media if we have a high influx of orders resulting in longer dispatching times. 

You will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL as soon as you make your purchase with order details.

We will send out SHIPPING CONFIRMATION once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you. 

If you have not received your package AFTER 3 WEEKS, please get in touch with us. Sometimes packages get lost or returned to us. If your package is lost, we will do our best to replace it or refund the order once an investigation has been completed by Australia Post. If your order is returned due to an error in your address, you will need to pay for postage to have it sent to the correct address. You will not be eligible for a refund. 


International Shipping:

We currently ship to the USA, UK and NZ, and orders for these international countries are capped at 3kg and charged at a flat rate price. 

CUSTOM CHARGES/DUTY

It is our customers responsibility to pay for their custom charges for importing our products into any country should there be a charge. We will not accept any reverse custom charges. If any customers reject the parcel due to the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us we will NOT refund any customers their shipping cost. 

 

Bulk Shipments exceeding 10kg:

 

Bulk shipments exceeding 10kg will be exempt from our free shipping offer and will attract the standard shipping rate. This fee will be invoiced prior to dispatch.

 

Lovin It Sweet guarantees ALL items purchased are carefully wrapped and packaged appropriately ready for shipping.  If by chance your item(s) are damaged during transit it is your responsibility to contact Australia Post or the courier used to lodge a request for compensation if your package arrives damaged. 

Please note: Lovin It Sweet accepts no liability for products after they have been sent, and products arriving melted or products that have changed texture during transit, will be the responsibility of the customer.
